Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Our Contract
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that your order and payment has been received.
Payment
Upon receiving and accepting your order, your Credit card payment will be will be processed through our Secure Payment Gateway.
All Credit card transactions are processed by Eway Payment Gateway Secure Hosting on their Secure Server Hosting (SSL) which provides a safe environment for our customers so you can make purchases from our website in the knowledge the details you enter are secure. SSL technology allow for the encryption of your personal and sensitive financial information - your name, address and credit card details.
This includes the following features:
- Authentication assures your browser that data is being sent to the correct computer server and the server is secure
- Encryption encodes the data so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server
- Data Integrity checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered

Warranty and Exchanges
Exchanges and Refunds
If Dance Arches are not what you had in mind or the size is wrong - please contact us at enquiries@dancearches.com.au and send them back to us within two weeks of your receipt and we will happily exchange them or provide a refund for the product net of freight charges. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we will cover the cost of delivering any replacement back to you.
The product must be returned new in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition for a full refund or exchange.
Warranty
We will warrant your Dance Arches to be free of manufacturing defects. Any slight variations in the silicone attachment will not affect the performance of the product. We cannot warrant against misuse or rough handling. Please follow the care instructions in the packaging. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the item at no cost.
